Immunogenkeratin-enriched preparation from cultured human epidermoid carcinoma cell line A431.
SpecificityThe antibody recognizes human cytokeratins 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13, and 18. A broad spectrum antibody that reacts with a wide variety of normal, reactive, and neoplastic epithelial tissues. This antibody may be used for staining cultured epithelial cell lines.
Physical formSolution in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 15 mM sodium azide.
